El 12 de septiembre la ciudad de Posadas recibió a delegados y trabajadores de municipalidades de Misiones, Formosa, Chaco y Corrientes con miras al Plenario Nacional de Municipales que ATE llevará a cabo el 6 y 7 de noviembre en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Julio Fuentes, presente en el encuentro, sostuvo: "Sabemos que si estamos unidos, tenemos más capacidad de pelear por nuestras reivindicaciones".
